Greetings! I'm an instructional designer for online courses and doing my
best to identify and remediate accessibility issues. One course relies
heavily on Quizlets (flashcards). I suspect these are not accessible, though
they have many elements in place. Does anyone have experience/information to
share?

As a general principle, flashcards are capable of being accessible and we have made them so in several learning modules from different vendors. I don't know anything about Quizlets, but they are very unlikely to be accessible, so it all depends on the extent to which you can modify the code.
