My boss would like to start putting video clips on our web site, and I need
to do a cost analysis. Does anyone know where I can get information about
how much it would cost to caption and audio-describe a 5-minute piece?
Thanks, Patricia

Patricia,
You can, as Norm mentioned, pay for this service. Alternatively, you (or
someone else in your office) can do this yourself. NCAM offers MAGpie, a
free captioning and description tool, at
http://ncam.wgbh.org/webaccess/magpie. I'm not going to tell you that the
results you get yourself are the same as what you'll get from the
professionals, but it is worth a look.
