Nothing special, but thought it may interest some list members:
in a similar vein to Paul Bohman's excellent article on "Using Opera
to Check for Accessibility"
http://www.webaim.org/techniques/articles/opera
I've recently written a small piece on "Evaluating Web Sites for
Accessibility
with Firefox" http://www.ariadne.ac.uk/issue44/lauke/
(and yes, keen eyed readers may see that my conclusion is tellingly
similar
to the one in Paul's article ... imitation/flattery and all that)

Thank you for that reference.

James Pickering,
As you are new to the Firefox extension 'Web Developer', I thought I should mention that it the has a similar feature like the 'Aardvark' extension that Chris Heilmann recommended.
'Web Developer' will display (by a shortcut key) the code structure and ID and CLASS in the status bar.
html > body > div#maincontent > h1 > span.h1-line 2
(Example from the WebAIM Forum, hovering a discussion's subject.)
Another useful extension is the 'Table Inspector' (by Gez Lemon) 'to reveal the hidden accessibility features of data tables, such as summary, headers, axis, scope, and abbr'.

Great for checking if the markup is semantic and general debugging.

Yes, but aardvark is more than that, you can expand the selection on
the current element or collapse it, thereby checking which element
might cause an error. You can also delete elements, something I have
done until then with the DOM Inspector.

it to be extremely useful in so many ways.
