Although it may be a moot point now, also worth noting...you probably
made a list based on your current setup: English (UK) versions of
Windows / OS X / whatever and their respective browsers. Once you
start looking at the possible keystrokes reserved in other localised
versions (e.g. German version of Windows). Once you do that, the choices
become truly non-existent.
