I know I have seen research about this posted recently online, but I had
already created my own survey. Please share widely and I will be posting a
link to the results back here once the survey is closed and I have a chance
to generate accessible results.

Apologies in advance for the length of some questions and any accessibility
issues with Google Forms. (I solicited feedback from users with different
abilities on with platform I should use).
Thankx,

The point of this survey is to gauge how often people with different abilities use built-in AT (excluding screen readers) and/or use devices (e.g., external keyboards, switches) on their mobile smart devices.

Hi Joe,
Before filling out any survey, I generally look for answers to questions
such as what organization is collecting the information, what is the goal
of the survey, how the information will be used, whether the survey is
anonymous, what other information is being collected about me from the
survey platform, and read the legal privacy statement. Can you please share
that information?
Thanks,
Amber

Hi Amber,
I'm collecting information about if the responders consider themselves to have a disability, what Mobile OSes they use, and What devices or assistive technology they use on those devices. No organization is involved. I personally decided to solicit this information out of my own curiosity.
The information will be shared back to the accessibility community to provide more details on how these devices might be used by people with different abilities. I hoping this may help guide better accessibility testing ang the creation of new accessibility guidelines, but we shall see.
the survey is as anonymous as a non-authenticated Google form can be. All questions are optional, no name, age, sex or contact information (including email address) is requested. I am not sure what information Google automatically collects.
Google's Privacy policy is here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Once I close the survey, I plan to download the data and wipe any data that could be used to trace answers back to individuals if any of that information is provided by Google (e.g., ip address, browser, etc.) as I don't need it or want to be responsible for storing that information.
If you do not feel comfortable fill out the survey or sharing it then do not participate or share it.
I appreciate the questions.
Thankx,
