Dear list,

Does anyone know how accessible the Andi accessibility tool is for
screen reader users? Is their any documentation on how to use the tool
with jaws or nvda? Thanks.

Sincerely,
Nathan Clark

ANDI is keyboard accessible. A list of hotkeys can be found here: https://www.ssa.gov/accessibility/andi/help/howtouse.html#Hotkeys

Keep in mind that ANDI is primarily intended to be a screen reader
replacement for testers, i.e. showing people what a screen reader will
do with common elements so they don't have to master using an actual
screen reader.

This is an incorrect assumption. It is a testing tool. Personally I would
say it supplements testing.

Our team has successfully used it as such for years .. doesn't mean
it's the only use case for it.

My comment was meant as it shouldn't be treated as a screen reader emulator
in my opinion.
