Hello everyone
I would like to know if the reports of public companies created in the EDGAR
system <https://www.sec.gov/edgar/about>that are reported to the Securities
and Exchange Commission â SEC <https://www.sec.gov/disability/sec_access>,
are required to be accessible pursuant to Rule 508
I've tested several reports in HTML format and they don't seem to be
accessible at all.
There are no hierarchical headings, no alt text for images, tables are
inaccessible, and more
