Hi,
Can I change how I receive these emails? Right now they are coming as a digest and I would prefer individual emails.

Yes, you can follow the "the email. It goes to http://list.webaim.org/
There's a radio button labeled "Would you like to receive list mail batched
in a daily digest?". Set it to "no".
