Hi
I am looking for advice and input into a questionnaire I am putting together.
The idea of the questionnaire is to get feedback from users with special needs, to determine their particular needs and wishes for what constitutes an accessible online media player for them. Their feedback will be input into the plans for an online media player that is about to be developed.
The player will be an example of best practice in terms of accessible technology and online development. It will be developed with a view to implementing extensive accessibility features, and to exemplify best practice not just in the finished product but in the process as well.
I would be very grateful if you guys out there could give me an idea about the types of questions I should be asking, and any useful suggestions you may have.
