One of my favorite tools for testing accessibility in IE is the Web Accessibility Toolbar 2.0. Unfortunately I have recently discovered a conflict between the toolbar and IE 7. When using tabbed browsing if I attempt to either open or close multiple tabs at the same time the browser crashes. Has anyone else seen this problem and if so is there a browser setting that can be changed to fix the problem. I have confirmed the problem of a few computers here at the office. Upgrading to IE 8 is not an option.

I was able to fix the problem by installing IE 8. I'd be interested to see if there is a fix for 7?

If you are asking about the Web Accessibility Toolbar from
http://www.visionaustralia.org.au, I don't have any problems with it in IE7
other than if you want to resize the browser window with more than 1 tab
open. Just have to remember to open another instance of IE and the resizing
works.
