Subject: adobe captivate closed captions problem

I am new to all this. I'm making a tutorial in Captivate and of course I put
in closed captions. I published it as a .swf for Flash version 10, and
cannot get the closed captions to show up! I'm sure I'm missing something
really obvious, but I have no clue what it is. Help?

Sarah,
I am assuming you already inserted the closed captioning in Adobe Captivate
but in the player is not showing. If this is the case, you only need to
enable the closed captioning button in the skin editor. To do this, click on
the "project" menu, then click on "skin editor". This will show a dialog box
where you can check the "closed captioning" option. You will also find a
setting button where you can change the different color and font size. I am
giving you steps assuming you have Adobe Captivate CS5.
I also created a quick video that shows how to perform the steps.

Hopefully this helps.
Thanks,
