I have page where user enters certain information,by clicking next button , a modal popup is shown which is basically a GIF image.
The Image displays a file traveling from one point to another(just like copy window).
other than that, the image-text content is as mentioned below.
" Transferring your data from section xyz to section abc";
This animation will be displayed for time of 5 sec and after it blurs out, an another page is loaded.
My question,how do i make this GIF image ADA complaince.

I would add a alert saying please wait while the gif is on the screen

the line, "please wait, while the data is being transferred" would be more
helpful with aria-alert.
Maybe, aria-live can also be used.

The animated gif can be a backround image or css content instead, thus decorative content. Any reason why that wouldn't be appropriate?
