Can someone please advise me of the current status of the Section 508 Refresh, or the best URL to keep track of this? I couldn't find anything on the Access Board website that provide current information, which leads me to believe not much is happening.

Hi Angela, the last update I got was that there wasn't much happening. Who knows what will happen with the new congress ETC. It's a frustrating thing to be sure.

I attended a free webinar a few months ago and downloaded an e-guide, which I believe came from the same source: https://www.ssbbartgroup.com/blog/2014/01/07/section-508-refresh-projected-timing/

How do they expect to keep up with changing technologies if it takes a decade for a refresh?

That is a very good question!! I fear that by the time this is done, we'll be looking at something like WCAG3.0 or worse!
