Subject: Levels of Skill set on accessibility

Dear List,
As subject says, I would like to know that in accessibility how many
standers levels skill sets we have? And under each level how much peoples
should know?
Can anyone help me in this regard.

I am not aware of any such classification of skill levels, and in any case you don't say whether you are talking about accessibility consultancy, accessibility testing, accessible design and development or something else - very few people would be at the same skill level for all of these, let alone a high level.
You could probably adapt the seven levels of responsibility described at https://www.sfia-online.org/en/sfia-6/busskills - it is increasingly necessary to specify skill levels in these terms when tendering for projects.
