Hello Experts,
Do we have any information related to DIR attribute(Direction) in WCAG.
If so then how we should test?

I don't recall WCAG saying anything about dir attributes (if it does, it's surely in the language SCs), but whenever I see a rtl page or with rtl text, I check that they are using the attribute rather than relying on CSS. Using CSS alone to convey text direction may violate Meaningful Sequence, depending on what exactly is going on with the page.
With mixed-direction pages, I may look for bidi (<bdi>) tags especially in forms or places where users can input text.
