The checklist and the mapping between WCAG 1.0 and WCAG 2.0 were removed
from the WCAG 2.0 specification some time before it became a Last Call
Working Draft. Usually, the Education & Outreach Working Group (EOWG)
develops this kind of materials.
For a checklist, you can go to
<http://webaim.org/standards/wcag/checklist>. (In the past, many people
have argued against "checklist accessibility", but read this:
"How to Meet WCAG 2.0" at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/> is a
quick reference to the WCAG 2.0 techniques and failures.
Best regards,
Christophe
