Scripted navigation menus

Hi

I've been asked to make a UK legal site - www.scl.org - accessible to
disabled persons (this area is quite new to me). I've read most of the
stuff on the webaim site & I think I understand how to address most of
the issues, with the exception of the navigation bars - which are
scripted, 'cascading style' menus. Can anyone point me in the direction
of info on how I could make them accessible ?
