Thanks everyone for the great feedback. We are interested in the respondents view of the survey.

I also remember when survey monkey used images for everything and was very excited to see a surveygizmo session at AHG a few years back.

As I recall, that thread focused on the *OUTPUT* of the tool. I'm not entirely clear whether you're concerned with output, back-end interface, or both.
