Hi Heidi

We've experienced similar issues when we create Adobe forms from scratch (in LiveCycle) in the CS5 suite. We've found that we have to re-tag the document in Pro, regardless of whether or not they were done properly to begin with.

Seems to be a bit of a bug.

I have a question related to Adobe tagging issues.

Upon closing a PDF and then reopening the file, Adobe has changed tags. Tags are reordered, lost, or repeated. Sometimes, even entire pages of tags are lost. Even when the repeated tags are set to artifact, other tags are lost.

The problem occurs on a computer using Adobe 10, Windows XP, and MS Office 2007 but not on a computer with Adobe 10, Windows 7, and MS Office 2010.
