I don't know if you'd consider this a mobile app but the jQuery Mobile Docs is mobile optimized and made with HTML5. It passes WAVE toolbar checks.

Mobile apps that are developed with jQuery Mobile will gain a lot of accessibility for free so I highly recommend the framework.
