US law and mobile web accessibility

Hi All,

Does anyone have any up to date information on how mobile web and app
accessibility is covered by law in the USA? I have all details for the 21st
Century Act which requires handsets to ship with an accessible browser by
2013 but wondered how other laws in the States might relate to content.
