Unless I am missing something, the dialogue is accessible if all you
want to do is tab through available options, but I was unable to get
Jaws to speak intervening text in the dialogue. The SayAll
functionality did not work, and arrow keys did nothing. Jaws turns on
Application mode in this dialogue so that all keystrokes are passed to
the application. If you are trying to communicate text to your user you
would need to code functionality for the arrow keys.
