Thanks for the response Olaf. After several hours it turned out to be
something really simple. I try to leave the settings in Acrobat and screen
readers to be pretty default to get the widest user experience, but
leaving Acrobat to only read the visible page on long documents doesn¹t
really help while testing. :)
