I have been tasked with testing a training module for accessibility - I am testing with JAWS, version 16 and keyboard. The training module was created using Adobe Captivate.
In this particular module, the screen changes and audio are based on each other and there is no "next" or "back" buttons. Instead, the screen changes are controlled by the audio/video toolbar.
My first question is, when testing with JAWS, I am not able to navigate to the content on the screen (text on the screen) - is this acceptable if there is audio and captioning?
I have tested other training modules, created using Lectora, and have been able to access the information on the page.
Thank you
Kim
