Have you tried "PubMed Central® (PMC) (which) is a free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM)" (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/). I did a search for "elderly computer users" and found several articles that look relevant and interesting!
