Hi Carolyn,
I came across this article which does a great job of highlighting the key issues in the DOJ's recent supplemental request for public comment. Instead of trying to stay awake while reviewing all 123 questions in the formal document <grin>, you can get right to the good stuff with this 5-10 minute read: http://www.adatitleiii.com/2016/05/attention-public-accommodations-dojs-recent-rulemaking-action-for-state-and-local-government-websites-reveals-its-current-thinking-on-web-accessibility/ <http://www.adatitleiii.com/2016/05/attention-public-accommodations-dojs-recent-rulemaking-action-for-state-and-local-government-websites-reveals-its-current-thinking-on-web-accessibility/>;.
HTH,
Marc

Tim and Lori,
I too am in a new position and very frustrated with trying to figure out what I should learn, and what I should learn first. In fact, I have been a lurker on this list for several months because I feel like I don't even know enough to ask an intelligent question. For instance, I have just been tasked with deciphering DOJ's SANPRM. There are 123 questions to consider for public comments! I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Thanks for your helpful posts, Tim.
