Hi,
I sent a message with an attached Word document and an attached HTML document that I converted. It may not get approved. If anyone is interested, I'll forward the message to you privately.

You're welcome!

I did notice this on their FAQ page <https://htmlg.com/help/>:

Q: Is there an offline version?
A: There's no offline version but the program needs internet connection only when you load the page. After that you can disconnect because everything is executed on the client side.

So - not as convenient since you'd have to go on and off of the internet with each doc... but likely faster than a manual clean-up job. I also wish this were available as an offline, local application.
