OT: JAWS 17 and 18 issues with Outlook 2013 and 2016

Folks,

I use Outlook heavily and I have tested this issue with JAWS 17 and 18 on
Windows 7 and 10 using Outlook 2013 and 2016. The issue is the same.

If I am modifying my views such as creating one or trying to access a view
to modify it, JAWS does not read the items in the list view. The same would
apply to the list of already created rules. Create a rule and try to find
out if it is checked or not or look over its settings. JAWS would not speak
anything as you up or down arrow through the list views or list boxes.

If you Route JAWS to PC, you can read the items in the boxes and perform a
left mouse click on them to select them. That is the only way to ensure you
got the right one.

Visually on the screen the items get selected but JAWS does not speak them.
If you are like me frustrated about this issue, please send your suggestions
to Freedom Scientific.

I apologize if this is not a WCAG issue, but when we pay for SMAs we should
get accessibility to function like our counterparts.
