WCAG SC 2.4.6 and 3.3.2 - difference?

Hello everybody,

What exactly is the difference between Success Criterion 2.4.6 and 3.3.2?

Am I right?

2.4.6 Headings and labels
- means, there should be descriptive headings and labels (focus on being
descriptive)?

The term "label" is used for all kind of input elements isn't it?


3.3.2 Labels and Instructions
- means labels should be provided (focus on being present)?
