Hello
In reviewing our ancient accessibility statement<https://www.abdn.ac.uk/about/our-website/accessibility.php> I discovered that the legislation we reference - namely the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (SENDA) 2001<http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2001/10/> - has been superceded by the Equality Act 2010<http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/contents>. At least, that's what I gather from the amendments<http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2001/10/part/2/chapter/2> in the section pertaining to Higher and Further Education.
Or are the respective Acts cumulative? I'd be grateful if anyone could shed any light.
Thanks,
Allan
