There's also an add-on called Claws, (also doesn't work with FF57). Fangs hadn't been update in forever, and even FF56 had disabled it as incompatible, so I switched to Claws. With Claws, you can change the output mode to NVDA, JAWS or Claws itself, which I thought was very handy.
