Yes, these settings also work in Jaws18, I have used them on and off over the last 4 years. There is also a virtual cursor command to jump to the next revision. So if you turn on the virtual cursor in Word with insert-z then you should be able to quickly navigate through the revisions, if you are not comfortable with the revision list that david provided.
