Hi John:

Sorry, I must have improperly typed my statement because that is exactly
what I was getting at. Don't use meta refresh because (1) the change in the
web page and (2) the speed of reading which is why I suggested that you put
a redirct page without the refresh but instead, with a manual link to the
new location of the page.
