Re: PDF order in RTL languages (Hebrew)

I just checked, and the parent tag ("Document") had the language code set
to ar-SA.
Which isn't Hebrew, but it's still a RTL language (Arabic, Saudi Arabia).
I tried changing it to "he", and it didn't cause any change.
I also tried changing the language of other tags. No change either.

By the way, the document properties setting for this document was already
Hebrew.
