Let text-to-voice users know in advance that it's an ad.

Should I prepend the word Advertisement before my alt text on a banner image
ad? I feel like it's somewhat disingenuous to not somehow indicate that
you're looking at an advertisement. So I'm just curious to see what you all
use for best practices?
