Hello,
Docusign is great for signing documents, but it's not accessible for a
blind user to create documents.
The best option I've found is word. If you go to the insert menu on Word
and hit enter on signature, then you can insert the signature. To sign, you
select the signature field and hit the applications menu, and there should
be an option to sign.
That's the best method I've found.
