I recently used Docuscan, and all the pages that just needed me to confirm I read them / signed off, worked well for me with VoiceOVer on a Macintosh. However the pages where I supposed to select a radio button or entered a form field were not properly labeled. I have no idea if this is a issue with the Docusign system, or if it is possible to create accessible forms but the bank I was working with did not know how.
I believe their is a fairly inexpensive tier of their product that you could test with.
