Yes, I too have had good experiences with Docu-Sign as well as bad. What I
can't figure out is what to do to implement a process so that our
organization only creates the good experiences, and not the bad!

Hello:

I am a JAWS screen reader user and have used Docu-Sign once with success. I
had to sign something from a bank. It somehow made the document I needed to
sign accessible so that I could read it. A button to use as a signature was
also provided. I could have chosen the style of my signature.

It took me a little time to understand process, but once I did I was very
happy with it.

Subject: [WebAIM] Document Signing Software

Hello,

I'm looking for accessible document signing services. Docu-Sign claims to
be accessible but when one reads their accessibility statement the process
is vague.

Does anyone know how to use Docu-Sign, or, does anyone have an alternative
service that is accessible.

It needs to be accessible at both ends. The employee creating the document
to be signed may be blind and the recipient may be as well.

Thanks for any assistance.
