Hello IF THAT IS THE CASE WE NEED TO GET ON THE W3C TO FIX THE DEFANISHIONS
IN SILVER. YES I DO THINK THAT A 2 COLUME TABLE SOME TIMES DOES NOT NEED
ROW HEADERS BUT THEY ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS DO HELP
