Ajeesh:

As an accessible alternative to physically adding a signature, I think providing a label and text input for the person to type the signature is the simplest approach. When the user submits the form, make sure that you also capture the user ID which they used to gain access to the portal. This checks both boxes (figuratively speaking) whereas you've verified the person is who they say they are and they provided the interaction (typed their signature) as a signature.

Hi Daniel ,
Thanks for your quick response.
Adding one point here user needs to login the Claim portal for
accessing this Online claim Form .

Just for clarity - Here, You mean - availability of an accessible
Keyboard input options such as typing the "User's - Name
/ID/Password etc. " , can be considered as an alternative option
for the Mouse oriented Signature mechanism?
If this Online Form is downloadable after successful submission ,
providing the "Name /ID/Password , in the place of Mouse
oriented Sign is acceptable?
Kindly help me .
Thanks in advance,
Ajeesh Thomas
