Website ANDI output for screen readers

Tools like ANDI can't fully determine whether a screen reader will properly read the content of a web page. They can do some tests, but not enough to be useful, so I would not use such tools for that. You really have to test with the screen readers because they all behave differently.

What do you look for within the ANDI tool to determine if a screen reader will properly read the content of a web page?
Structures > Reading order should mark everything correctly and in sequential order, correct?
