If it's "urgent", then it sounds important for *everyone *to have accurate
information.

Does "urgent" mean that a timely action has to happen after watching the
video?
Would an AI generated transcript convey wrong information that is important?
Are the captions accurate or are they auto-generated too?

How long is the video? A 5-10 minute video should have accurate captions
and an accurate transcript when posted.

If the video is long (How long is "long"? Like over an hour?), then I
could *maybe
*see posting it with potentially inaccurate information as long as the
generated transcript is at least given a quick review to make sure there
isn't *critical *information that is incorrect (ie, only minor information
might be inaccurate) but do a more in-depth review *immediately *after
posting and fix errors ASAP.

As far as whether the video is internal is irrelevant. To me that says you
want to post accurate information externally but it's ok to have inaccurate
information if internal. Why should there be a difference on whether the
person receiving the inaccurate information is a customer or an employee?

That's just my opinion.
