Thanks for confirming my thoughts. I believe that some people do this test at 100% zoom in a 320px wide window. If you do that (which I don't think you should), the date picker is only a small fraction of the window height on any desktop machine so you would be unaware of the issue.

1.4.10 Reflow is scoped very explicitly to a specific CSS pixel size of viewport (to its detriment, but that's a different conversation perhaps; also, it's inadequate in this definition because it doesn't take into account browser chrome, Windows taskbar, etc...). So purely from a normative point of view, I *think* you can only make a pass/fail statement at those specific viewport dimensions (something I've railed against for a good while). I would note this problem as a best practice (a la "while nominally this probably passes, in practice users will be
affected...")
