how is the accessibility of Google Sheets?

Hello -

My colleagues and I are wondering about the accessibility of Google Sheets. Does anyone have thoughts?

As far as we can tell, there is not an option to designate row and column headers the way you can in Microsoft.

There is the option to turn on the Screen Reader Support in Tools.
