Hello WEBAIM,

I recently received a document in PDF that is said to be 207 pages long.
The PDF when accessed only shows page thumbnails as I scroll through it.
Downloading the document doesn't seem to work or show up in File Explorer
Downloads.
I will eventually want to save this document as MS Word either docx or RTF.

A post at the NVDA group (2017) recommends installing and using PDF Acrobat
Reader DC. Is this a freebie, and where can it best be obtained?
