Quick Tip: Language Attributes
The language should be defined for all web pages and other-language content within web pages. While there are over 8000 valid lang
attribute values, keep the value as short as is appropriate. If the two-character primary language code (such as "en" or "ja") is sufficient to identify the content language, use it.
