Section 508 compliance for 1194.22(p) time out requirements

All:
Does anyone have apache, IIS, or other Web server configurations, or
.jsp, .asp, or client-side JavaScript to implement application time outs
that meet Section 508 1194.22(p) time out requirements to notify the
user before time out and give them the opportunity to get additional
time?

If so, please send references, code, anything is helpful. This question
seems to come up a lot.
