Hi John,

If you go to File>Document Properties, then select the Initial View tab at
the top, about half way down is are Window Options. Change the drop down
from "Show: File Name” to "Show: Document Title."

This process does not make the “Filename” the “Title” of the document. If
you include the Title in the Document Properties, this shows that title at
the top of the PDF.

Manually editing the Title of the document properties will not clear up
this problem. As Andrew states, this is a two part process. You are only
doing part one, it seems.

Give it a whirl and you’ll see what I mean.
